Julie, President and co-owner of LLB&B, Inc. Real Estate in Mobile, AL, has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career listing and selling residential, investment, and waterfront properties. Since 2003, she has enjoyed her role as the company’s Qualifying Broker, overseeing brokerage operations and agent training.
A passionate advocate for the real estate industry, Julie has served as a director and committee member at both the state and national levels, focusing on advocacy, education, and brokerage issues. She is a dedicated supporter of ARPAC, holding the distinctions of Golden Hall of Fame, Crystal R, and President’s Circle Investor.
Julie’s leadership within the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) began as the 2011 Southern Region RVP, followed by roles as the 2012 Secretary, 2013 Treasurer, 2014 President-Elect, and 2015 President.
In addition to her professional commitments, Julie is a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, Partners for Growth, and the Home Builders Association of Mobile. Born and raised in Mobile, she graduated from St. Paul’s Episcopal School and Auburn University.
Julie and her husband, Dean, cherish spending time with their family, which includes their two sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
